Explore the breathtaking and magical arctic landscapes on a husky-driven sled! Join a day tour with huskies by BIRK today.

One of the best ways to experience and witness the divine beauty of Norwegian winters is by going on a husky ride. BIRK has a range of dog sled adventures, one of which is a day tour with huskies. On this tour, you will meet adorable huskies, feed them, and experience a typical arctic winter day.

On the tour day, guests are requested to arrive at the tour organizer's office. The guide will meet you here and take you to the tour location. Participants will be assigned sleds in pairs - one will ride and the other will be seated. After a brief introduction to the day's agenda, guests get to harness the huskies to a sled and embark on a memorable trip around the Norwegian-Russian border.

As you ride your sled, you can feel the chilly arctic wind and soak in the beauty of the scenery around you. When your ride ends, you will give your dogs a snack and put them back in their kennels. The guide will then serve you sumptuous food in a Sami lavvu. Participants can enjoy the warmth of a bonfire and chat with their fellow guests. After this, you will be guided back to the trip's starting point.

Please note that guests can pre-book single sleds on this tour.
