Enjoy a relaxing and soothing session at Oslo Badstuforening’s shared sauna! Make a booking today.

Oslo Badstuforening has 18 charming saunas, most located by the fjord in central Oslo. Here you can take a shared sauna (1.5 hour session) or book your own private sauna (2 hour session). The capacity per sauna is from six to 25 people. Opening hours from early morning to late evening.

Pre-booking online is recommended if you want to be sure of securing a place. You can also take the chance to meet directly at the pier for dropin.

A hot sauna in combination with a refreshing bath has become one of Oslo's great signature experiences - just as delicious in summer as in winter. The wonderful feeling after a sauna session stays in the body long afterwards. An added bonus is meeting new people, locals as well as visitors. We dare say that few conversations are more relaxing and natural than those you have in a sauna. Not in the social corner? Then you can choose the communal sauna with the "stille sauna" sign on the door. You can also order sauna rituals led by experienced sauna masters.

  • Revitalize your body and mind with the sauna experience and refreshing bath
  • The saunas can be booked for 1.5 hours (shared sauna) or 2 hours (private sauna)
  • Five locations, two of them by the fjord in central Oslo: Langkaia and Sukkerbiten
