Experience relaxation and rejuvenation at Oslo Badstuforening's shared sauna! Book your session today to ensure a place.

Oslo Badstuforening boasts 18 charming saunas, many located by the fjord in central Oslo. You can choose between a shared sauna session (1.5 hours) or a private sauna booking (2 hours). Each sauna can accommodate six to 25 people. Operating from early morning until late evening, it's an ideal way to unwind at any time of the day.

Pre-booking online is highly recommended to secure your spot, but you can also try your luck with a drop-in visit at the pier.

A hot sauna combined with a refreshing bath has become one of Oslo's iconic experiences, perfect in both summer and winter. The invigorating feeling post-sauna lingers, leaving you refreshed. It's also a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, both locals and tourists. For those who prefer solitude, the "stille sauna" option offers a quiet communal experience. You can even enhance your session with sauna rituals led by experienced sauna masters.
