The yoga class is a calm and meditative practice in the classical hatha tradition. We move through simple exercises at a comfortable pace, with extra focus on breathing, presence, and gentle movements that calm the nervous system and connect you with your body.

There is room for everyone here – whether you are completely new, have practiced before, are young or older, or have physical limitations. The exercises can always be adapted, and you are encouraged to listen to your body and choose what feels right for you.

The most important thing is not how it looks from the outside, but how it feels on the inside.

Practical information

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts so you have time to settle in, find your calm, and get ready on the mat.

Clothing: Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.

Equipment: Bring your own yoga mat and a blanket if you like. You can also borrow equipment if you wish.

No yoga during Easter: classes are canceled on Tuesday, March 31, and Tuesday, April 21.
