If the northern lights don’t show up during your tour, the “Aurora Warranty” lets you join another coach‑based chase—free of charge—during the same winter season, giving you a second opportunity without additional cost.

If visibility is poor, you may be offered a coach‑based chase instead; in such cases, you may accept this option and receive a refund of the price difference. The Aurora Warranty applies only during the winter season in which the tour was booked and is not transferable or cumulative.
