The buffet includes classic dishes such as lutefisk, pork ribs, pinnekjøtt (salted lamb), meatballs, sauerkraut, and red cabbage – all prepared with care and respect for tradition. The meal ends with a dessert table offering Christmas favorites like rice pudding and caramel custard.
