Take a 3-hour guided ice-fishing tour across a frozen fjord near Kirkenes. Travel by snowmobile sleigh, drill through thick ice, try to catch fish like cod or salmon, and enjoy warm clothing, snacks, and hotel transfers included.
Your adventure starts with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Kirkenes (Thon or Scandic). After getting suited up in warm winter gear and receiving safety instructions, you’ll be pulled by snowmobile out to a beautiful frozen fjord. Here, your guide will drill a hole in the ice and set you up with all the fishing equipment you need. While waiting for a bite, you’ll learn techniques and stories from your guide. The trip ends with a comforting hot snack and warm drinks before you’re transferred back to your hotel.
