This course is ideal for anyone curious about freediving and looking for a thorough, beginner-friendly introduction. It starts with a one-hour theory session at a local coffee collective, where you’ll learn about breathing techniques, equalization, safety, and the use of specialized cold-water gear – all while enjoying a warm cup of coffee.
After the theory, you’ll head down to the water for up to two hours of guided freediving practice. You’ll get hands-on experience with diving equipment specifically suited for colder waters. The instructor will guide you through the basics at a pace tailored to your comfort level, making this a great first step into the world of freediving.
With only 2 to 5 participants per course, each person receives close guidance and a calm, supportive environment.
The course lasts a total of 3 hours. Price: NOK 2500 per person, including all gear. Available for groups of 2 to 5 people. Participants must be able to swim.
