River rafting is a thrilling activity, appealing to individuals of all ages! Heidal Rafting provides a wide range of rafting packages, but nothing beats the family rafting package. This excursion is perfect for families who prefer a more laid-back atmosphere while taking part in some light water sports. The meeting point for the day trip will be shared with guests post-booking.
While rafting should be exciting and enjoyable, safety cannot take a back seat. Heidal Rafting has been perfecting this for 27 years in order to provide you with the finest possible experience without compromising on your safety. The trip begins with a safety briefing and training by one of the experienced guides. You will then be given wet-suits and safety jackets before rafting down the river Sjoa. Each raft can hold 6-8 people, including the guide accompanying you. The guide will take you rafting in controlled manners, following which families can indulge in various water sports like swimming, water-spray wars, and rock jumping.
This fun filled experience usually spans over 4 hours, and draws to an end in the Heidal Rafting barbecue house where guests can wind down over hot beverages and cake and look through the pictures taken by the photographer.

All safety gear will be provided by Heidal Rafting, guests are only required to carry along the following- wool underwear, towel, woollen socks, and toiletries.
Heidal Rafting can also provide you with accommodation on prior booking.
