Explore the waterfalls, rapids and rich birdlife along the beautiful Lysaker river. We'll take you on a walk along the river in the green oasis in Oslo. The trip starts outside Oslo Visitor Centre at Jernbanetorget in Oslo city centre. From there we will take the Røa Line to idyllic Røa.

We will slowly hike down towards the Lysaker river. There is a charming and accessible path along the riverbank. You will love it! Norway is a land of waterfalls and some of them (small but powerfull) are located right in Oslo. We will cross bridges, enjoy waterfalls, frothing rapids, lush trees and the twitter of birds. The trip finishes at Jar station where we will hop on the metro and arrive back at Jernbanetorget, where we started.

It is a real Norwegian experience not far from the city center. The time on public transportation is 40 minutes in total. The walking is 1,5 to 2 hours.
