If you’ve been hoping to find a challenging activity that doesn’t require prior experience or any major skillsets, coasteering is the activity you need to try out! It helps you get out of your comfort zone, boosts your confidence levels, and is a great way to bond with your group, be it your family, colleagues, or even sports club! Trollpark Hove has been offering this fantastic outdoor adventure at their premises in Færvik, 15 minutes from Arendal, so come here to partake in this enriching experience!

A skilled instructor will be assisting you throughout the activity, so you can be assured that you’re in safe hands. After a safety briefing, you will be taught various skills, including defensive swimming techniques, swimming in groups, traversing rocks, and jumping in the water from different heights. Trying these activities in the lap of nature, feeling both the cool breeze and the adrenaline rush, will make the overall experience nothing short of wholesome.

Though you will be encouraged to push your limits and go beyond your comfort zone to try these demanding tasks, you will never be pressured to do anything you are not comfortable with. You can set your own standards and choose the challenge you wish to participate in. Please note that this experience is not for pregnant women and those with medical conditions, including injuries and illnesses.
