Spend your holiday in Lofoten with an exciting RIB boat ride across the crystal-clear waters, offering a unique opportunity to see the magnificent sea eagles in their natural habitat. Join RIB Lofoten on this memorable tour to experience the stunning beauty of Lofoten, with its rugged mountains, sandy beaches, hidden bays, and more. The tour begins from the main square in Svolvær.
Guests are required to arrive at the organizer's ticket office 20 minutes before departure. Here, you will meet your guide, who will provide a safety briefing and all the necessary equipment. Once equipped, you'll board the RIB boat, sharing the experience with a small group of only 12 people, allowing for a closer and more intimate view of everything. The boat will make several stops along the way, where your guide will share insights into the nature and history of the surroundings.
The guide will then take you to prime spots for spotting sea eagles, giving you a chance to witness Europe’s largest bird of prey in action. You’ll also have the opportunity to admire the dramatic scenery of mountains rising over 1000 meters from the sea, idyllic bays, and more. Please note that the itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tourism in Lofoten has grown steadily in recent years and now accounts for more than 1 million visits each year.
We were one of the first suppliers here in Svolvær to start moving people around with our boats and we are among the leading RIB companies in the region.
We always focus on you being satisfied, so every trip with us is unique and customized.
Of course, it is not always possible to adapt it 100% to each person on board, but we always try to hear our customers in order to be able to deliver a product that matches most of their needs and wishes.
So don't be afraid: we neither want to bore you with too much information that will only overwhelm you and ruin your experience, nor drive at full speed all the time and let you miss all the amazing sceneries the place has to offer.
We always try to keep a balance between sightseeing, knowledge and excitement because we believe that a balanced combination of these three elements is what will give you the best entertainment.
We also care about the environment, which is why we have installed new low-emission engines on all our boats and two of our engines even have a filter that collects microplastics from the sea.
Our petrol engines use much less fuel per person and pollute far less than the diesel engines used by large ships.
We believe we offer the best product on the market at the moment and we were very proud when the Hurtigruten Group chose us to represent them as their official supplier in both Lofoten and Vesterålen.
This means that every time they have a ship in the port, all our boats are at their disposal.
We feel very lucky here in Lofoten because the amazing nature and wildlife almost creates our product by itself, but we complement it with educational and fun information that will keep you entertained for the whole duration of the trip.
Thanks to the small size of our boats, you will be able to enjoy up close the great wildlife the region has to offer.
We can practically guarantee sea eagles, but otters, seals, puffins, porpoises, orcas and whales are also a possibility. However, we cannot promise that, as it also depends on the season.
And thanks to the speed of our boats, we are able to cover a much larger area in the same amount of time compared to a regular larger ship, so you'll get to experience a lot more for the same price too.
Our fleet consists of 3 modern RIB boats and we move between 2,500 and 3,500 people each year, both in summer and winter, unlike most other suppliers who only work in the summer.
All our RIBs are equipped with 2 powerful 300 hp Suzuki engines (for a total of 600 hp) which make our boats both fast and reliable, but of course we adjust the speed according to weather conditions and wave height. Our aim is to give everyone a comfortable ride in all weathers.
Each boat can take on board a total of 12 passengers and 1 driver.
